The School of Public Health offers both residential and non-residential programs (On Job/On Campus week-end programs for mid-career professionals) at both the School of Public Health and through the Horace H. Rackham School of Graduate Studies. For information on the programs and degrees offered, please click on the links above so that you are familiar with what is available, before continuing with this inquiry form. If you are interested in dual or joint programs with other Schools or Colleges at the University of Michigan, you are required to apply to both programs separately.

Prospective students interested in applying to the University of Michigan School of Public Health for Fall 2009 MPH and MHSA or CFPH programs may submit an application through SOPHAS (Schools of Public Health Application Service).
